不過我一直還是認為這個會銜制度其實存在一些問題的，因為其實刑事訴訟法的主管機關是司法院，既然會銜法務部、會銜行政院，法務部有意見，其實法務部也提出自己的版本，也沒有禁止你們不能提刑事訴訟法對案，可以吧？ |
