我先講幾個最近社會上大家很關注的事件，也是跟老師有關的，一直有老師被特教生攻擊，特別是在前一、兩個禮拜臺中的狀況，有個個案是發生在國一暑假班，有個老師被國一的男學生將掃把折斷、刺傷眼睛，現在有失明的可能，這是一個案例；第二個，我們看到臺北市大概上個月也有議員揭露，有一個也是特教的學生，從小一開始，現在已經要升小五了，這4年來全校校安通報大概一百多次，其中攻擊同學58次、攻擊老師33次、破壞公務18次，同學跟老師都受到極大壓力，小三跟小四的老師身心都受到很大的壓力，有個老師還疑似有自殘的情況，另外一個老師受傷，現在他升小五，我聽說大家都很害怕跟他同班，所以有3個學生已經轉學了；我一起說一下，還有一個昨天的新聞，2024年臺北有一個老師也是被特教生攻擊，這個影片當時在網路上流傳，我不知道次長那時候有沒有看到？ |

跟委員報告，根據我們的大學招生專業化的相關研究團隊調查，其實每個學期學生提交EP的比例都有高達八成以上，雖然有些微下滑，但是如果這些學生用所謂的學習歷程檔案來申請入學的話，基本上，他們是有高度關聯的，就是用EP來作為他們升學依據的時候，在申請入學的管道，他們會獲得錄取的比例是有正相關的。 |
