委員，剛剛我已經跟陳委員報告過，我們當初在跟銓敘部協商的時候，因為牽涉到考試職等，老實說，我們是尊重銓敘部，所以我們暫時是想說先讓法警長、副法警長這種真的是指揮監督的先升職等，這個也是我們要做的，很感謝各位委員如果願意支持，真的，我們當初跟委員……我承認，當初我們的設想就因為考試、職等什麼等被限制住了，所以沒有像陳委員所說的，就是當然要改變，我當時真的沒有這樣想，可是如果委員給我們這個力量，我們當然希望改變。 |

因為司法院自己也看到了很多實務上面的一些問題，其實委員在過去這半年來也有提出很多的提醒跟建議，以及我想不分黨派，大家對於法警的一些薪資、福利、待遇等等，我們都是積極的來爭取，我希望司法院也應該要考量到自己員工在工作環境的處境，而不是等到大家都不來的時候才要來改善，這樣真的就有點太晚了。 |
