各位看到明朝的歷史，他們認為林鳳，就是我們臺南林鳳營，各位喝牛奶那個林鳳營的林鳳。1574年林鳳來搶「新港」社米糧，而1603年陳第的東番記，在記載我們東番居地的時候，他有講到雙溪口，這個雙溪口很顯然是漢字的地名，是漢人在那邊住就叫雙溪口嘛。他沒有提到新港，新港現在就是新市南科地區，為什麼陳第沒有提到新港？陳第寫東番記是在新港寫，而「新港」這兩個漢字，我個人判斷是日語。我怎麼會這樣講呢？因為根據東番記的記載，明朝嘉靖末年，倭寇用火銃攻打東番，東番不敵而退入山，所以日本倭寇來打東番應該沒有撤退而留在新市，所以把當地地名取為新港，所以新港這個地名在我們明朝的歷史很早就出現，1574年就有，因此我推估它有日本取名的可能性。 |

我講這個故事就是要讓各位知道，我們臺灣是一個多族群融合出來，尤其是平地地區族群融合出來的，也有日本血統留在臺灣，也有漢人的血統留在臺灣。當然他們娶的老婆大部分都是我們的原住民，這就是形塑我們臺灣民族認同一個很重要的論點。我怎麼樣來證明這個呢？各位我用兩個臺語的俗諺，「娶一個某，較好三個天公祖」，副主委，您有聽過這個俗諺嗎？第二個「天頂天公，地下母舅公」，對母舅非常的尊重，此何以故？這是因為當時漢人來都是男生，都入贅到平埔族家中，平埔族是母系社會，繼承人家的家產，所以娶一個老婆，勝過老天爺保佑，所以我們臺灣人愛老婆、疼老婆是來自這個傳統；「天頂天公，地下母舅公」，因為母舅結婚繼承女方家財產，但是最後財產卻由我繼承，很感謝母舅，因為那是他的財產，卻被我繼承了，這道理是這樣來的。 |

許委員忠信：這個衝突是西班牙人造成的，也就是說，西班牙控制菲律賓的程度，已經連巴丹群島也受到控制，所以是西班牙人的控制，才造成我們這兩族之間航行沒辦法繼續，我個人的解讀是這樣。所以你們這個計畫非常好，而且我鼓勵你們跟南島語族，不是只有跟巴丹群島，我們跟斐濟，甚至跟New Zealand，像紐西蘭的戰舞跟我們原住民的舞蹈非常像，有很多文化上的相同性，我們在外交上要利用這一點，所以我今天來跟您認親是有目的的，我們要跟紐西蘭，甚至跟阿根廷的火地島、斐濟等這些國家改善外交關係，有賴我們的原住民出力，要利用這個關係，因為同源，你們現在怎麼不承認臺灣？現在臺灣跟你們的關係應該可以更緊密，而不是只有Palau，應該還有更多的國家，我們可以藉由原住民跟他們的關係來改善我們現在的外交關係，包括斐濟、New Zealand，甚至夏威夷也是，所以拜託副主委往這個方向協助我們外交部。 |
