陳委員玉珍：對嘛！柔佛州在新加坡，在馬來西亞的南邊距離新加坡很近的地方，這兩個國家為了共同的經濟利益，簽訂了「柔佛─新加坡經濟特區」協定，這個東西就是進行制度鬆綁，所以我覺得產發署也要幫我們思考制度鬆綁、通關鬆綁，有時候這可以對邊境帶來很大的經濟活力。所以針對以下幾點，請你們去幫我們思考，第一個，智慧物流，金門現在是兩岸之間一個很重要的物流港口，這個海關總署當然知道，經濟部如果不知道的話，可能要多費一點心力。此外，還有跨境電商、數位金融、低碳能源，低碳能源與環境部有關，智慧物流還有跨境電商應該跟你們經濟部比較有關係？ |
