所以本席今天要從東部的角度來請教運動部、觀光署，在未來的場館、賽事、培訓，以及運動觀光上的整體規劃，我們從一個個案來看，今年在花蓮舉辦的第58屆國際少棒運動會，也是花蓮第一次主辦這樣國際性的青少年綜合運動賽會，這個ICG本身就是國際奧會承認的組織，這種比賽的重點不只有競技，它其實包括城市交流及文化互動，運動部的這個政策也希望透過這樣的賽事來提升城市知名度及國際的交流。 |
