許委員忠信：那個地方在清朝是我們臺南最大的有錢人──陳永華的家，而1895年日軍統帥宮能久親王在那裡往生，所以日治時代將它設置為臺南新社，現在才把它改成美術館。我踏入臺灣這塊土地，都會去了解這塊土地，我們的祖先在這裡怎麼打拚、怎麼犧牲、怎麼付出，我們現在要怎麼做，我們的子女才會有將來好的前途，這一直都是我在思考的，所以今天我看到報告的主題是文化內容投資，裡面的報告提到TaiwanPlus變成災難，我覺得很痛苦。剛才也有委員提到，為什麼南韓的文創產業會起來，他們為了發展文創產業，將他們兩千年來的歷史挖出來，變成產品，連習近平也在看，所以各位，文化的力量、本土文化的力量非常大。 |

許委員忠信：臺灣史的學者不知道我們臺灣四、五百年來就是多語言的社會，兩個月前你們在臺南美術館請聯合國的母語專家、美國的語言專家來探討母語的重要性，我從立法院衝下去要說這個「火燒店」的故事，因為他們都是外國人，所以我用英文說，結果我講了3分鐘，主持人就說：許教授，你的時間到了。我講英文就在緊張了，他還跟我說時間到了，我又更緊張了！所以我今天跟召委請示可以讓我說完嗎？他說可以，所以我等一下超時是有經過核准的。 |

各位，關於「火燒店」，想不到清朝康熙年間的地圖就有標示「火燒店」，所以這個「火燒店」不是家裡失火或是店裡失火，我們臺灣史對它的了解都是錯誤的。各位現在有去Costco嗎？你們如果有去Costco，我為各位唸一下英文，各位，你們注意聽，這是英文，wholesale，wholesale就是「火燒店」的「火燒」。所以你們想不到我們臺灣360年前我們的先民已經會講英文，而且用臺語翻成「火燒店」，這些「火燒店」都是英國人來臺灣賣民生必需品、買甘蔗運回去英國賺錢的「火燒店」，因為他們人來的太少，所以都只能「開大盤」而已，因此wholesale是這樣來的。 |

各位，當時英國來的每一艘船都兼運火器、火槍、火藥，還有帶來技術教我們臺灣人要怎麼製造槍、製造火藥，這個功臣是鄭經，他的總制使就是他的宰相叫陳永華。關於陳永華住在哪裡，臺灣史一直無法探討，但是最近因為臺鐵地下化，在成大那附近蓋大樓而挖到。各位，證明陳永華做總制使的時候住在哪裡？如果用Google查詢叫黃蘗寺，這個黃蘗寺日本時代還在，但被日本人拆掉蓋臺鐵鐵路以及日本軍醫院，後面的苗圃就是成大的力行校區，我在那邊教書二十幾年，所以我一直強調我要講這個故事。 |

你看看這些石頭，幸好在蓋大樓之前我去把這些石頭拍下來，現在已經毀掉了，這些石頭就是黃蘗寺裡面的出家人……寺中方丈與清朝乾隆期間的臺灣知府蔣元樞……他叫蔣公，這位蔣公不是蔣介石，而是蔣元樞，他們兩個讀書人很要好，所以蔣元樞都會去看這位方丈，這位方丈歷史記載會輕功、功夫很好，一躍數丈，能蹴庭中石！我認為這些石頭就是他踩踏的石頭。而這個黃蘗寺也有很多歷史，那這個黃蘗寺從哪裡來的？各位，在清朝統治臺灣之後，當時的守將叫做孟太志，他在我們成大校區看到陳永華的故居荒廢覺得很可惜，就自己出錢將陳永華的故居改成黃蘗寺，因此黃蘗寺裡面祭祀的就是孟太志故鄉的神明，而黃蘗寺就是從陳永華的故居轉變而來。 |

而在臺鐵地下化時挖出明鄭時期的軍械，有砲、槍、火藥，還有一頂軍盔叫做鳳翅軍盔，在螢幕上顯示一下這頂鳳翅軍盔，這頂就是在臺鐵地下化時挖出來的鳳翅軍盔。各位，因為總制使住在那邊，旁邊要有守衛，當明鄭時期東寧國投降的時候，他們就把這些東西埋在地下，臺鐵地下化時才挖起來，這頂鳳翅軍盔就是這樣來的，這樣就表示陳永華住在那裡沒錯，黃蘗寺就是陳永華的故居。 |
