李委員柏毅：我聽你回應前兩句，我先給你具體建議，你說跨部會的合作會議，就代表不具體嘛！還在合作會議。我給你具體的建議，我們在高雄左營有相當多的原住民朋友，他是聚落居住在那裡，約有6,000人在屏山一帶，那屏山這一帶，甚至原委會也補助相關的這些場地做些修繕，你知道它離台積電廠區多遠嗎？不到1公里，它不到1公里，其實這個屏山聚落就在整個台積電廠區附近，現在是在網站上，我很希望你們可以就實地上，可以跟勞動部來做「原JOB」的工作媒合，讓我們原民朋友有機會可以感受到我們在高雄左營有個聚落，居然離半導體產業這麼近，我們有沒有機會進去？我們要去學什麼，才有機會進去？我們要怎麼樣進修，才有機會進去？如果光是透過勞動部不夠，我們透過原民會、原委會，還可以協助我們的族人做什麼，才可以有機會？我覺得這是我希望可以務實的、實際的為高雄左營來發聲。針對這部分，請副主委回應。 |
