先前我們已經在109年修了槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例，完成了獵槍及零組件的除罪化；也在114年推動修正野保法免予刑罰，只有行政罰；之前我們也利用了水資源的修法，讓水利法能夠免水權登記；在112年我們也修了礦業法，讓礦業免經申請；現在115年，我們做了土石採取法免經申請的修法，在經濟部及各位立委同仁的支持下，以我的版本文字通過，這次的修法將土石採取的豁免範圍明確地納入法條上。 |

多年來許多族人不斷詢問：河川兩岸堆積的土石能不能用來修補遭到豪雨沖毀的農地、保護部落的家園？族人能不能取得必要的石材修繕傳統的建築？這些問題看似只是土石利用，背後卻關係著部落的防災、土地的復育、傳統文化的保存，以及原住民族能否延續自己的生活方式。 |
