今天三點多收到一個白藍兩黨的版本，當時就猜這不是最後的版本。後來民進黨拿了一個版本，這個顏色的。後來到了4點48分，民眾黨又拿出這個，拿出來之後，發現民眾黨是抄的，多抄了一條，抄民進黨的第一百七十二條之四，重點還有一條被改掉了，抄民進黨的又把其中一句最重要的改掉，你知道是什麼嗎？就是說影響終局判決、強制處分的聲請或決定，向法官、檢察官關說、施壓，他把「施壓」拿掉，什麼叫作施壓？以前柯文哲在臺北地檢署、在臺北地方法院，説要把他關起來的時候、要把他押起來的時候，民眾黨整群帶去喊得很大聲，那不是施壓，不然什麼是施壓？黃國昌每次在司法及法制委員會哪一次沒有質詢個案，你跟我說，每一次都質詢個案，每次都說個案，法務部部長站在那邊被他罵，都在質詢個案，這樣不是施壓是什麼？蠻聰明的，把「施壓」兩字拿掉，這種標準的施壓，立法委員如果站在臺上都在說自己的事情、都在說個案，這種就叫作施壓，你們這些草仔、蔥仔看好，你們這樣整群帶去臺北地檢署門口，這種就叫作施壓，就是妨礙司法公正，影響檢察官的決定，影響法官的決定，你們民眾黨蠻聰明的，就把「施壓」兩字拿掉，這樣改天就沒事了。國民黨的也很誇張，國民黨很多人提案，提案的那些人從來沒來司法及法制委員會說明過，我看那群人到現在也不知道今天討論的是什麼，可是就在喊要表決了，可憐哪！ |
