劉委員書彬：（9時1分）院長、各位同仁、各位夥伴，大家好。昨天是五一勞動節，照例全臺各大工會集結凱達格蘭大道遊行，訴求反霸凌、要保障，這次工鬥的特色是遊行的工會數大幅增加且多元，除了血汗勞工如醫護、外送員之外，包括台電工會，還有外勞團體也都加入，甚至因為看清楚民進黨的真實面貌，而將「只顧政權、不顧勞權」、「只顧政權、不顧勞權」的白紙揉成紙球朝總統府扔擲。民進黨曾經提出六大勞動承諾，但如今全面跳票，臺灣依舊是低薪高工時的國家。2024年我們的工時為2,030個小時，是全球第六、亞洲第二。非典型的勞動保障不足，勞工職災的保障不力，警消組工會更遭到污名化，柯建銘無視於上屆跟本屆的民進黨立委有數十位連署支持警消組工會，而說組工會罷工有助於中共侵臺，成為中共同路人。 |
