三、5月31日上午9時至10時為國是論壇時間。

伍麗華Saidhai Tahovecahe委員：（17時24分）大家好，稍早我們已經三讀通過地方民代及村里長的補助費的修正條例，我在這裡要特別表達對內政部以及行政院的感謝。這個條例從2000年制定以來，我們再度看到行政部門主動提出大幅的調升，這次不僅修正議員助理的聘任制度及相關費用，更主動考量到原住民族服務的範圍、交通等特殊性而增加補助。我身為一個原住民立委，我感到非常的欣慰，這四年多來，我也不斷的反映、不斷的質詢，要考量原住民族地區的服務成本，針對原住民基層的村里長到地方民代，都應該要有額外的加給，因此，原住民議員的為民服務費，除了每個月的基數提升，也可再外加20%的費用，而村里長的事務補助費，我在上一屆也已經提案修法，調升到每個月5萬，這一次修法之後，原住民的村里長每個月可另外再加碼20%，讓基層民代能夠有更充裕的資源為民服務，為全民的福祉來提升，是我們大家的期待。 |
