除了在今天的會場我相信後續會再開啟很多的討論我們必須要站在這樣的立場去思考後續我們要提的修法的版本或者是相關的權益跟保障那第一個我們要談一下關於同志家庭權益的問題台灣第一本同志會本是我翻譯的在十幾年前我們就注意到這個很重要的問題那關於同志權益其實在釋字78號的施行法裡面通過之後同性配偶可以結婚成家後續還有關於收養子女的權利也都透過修法有了保障 |

我們是不是可以再進一步來看連同讓女同志配偶可以人工生殖的技術和權利都可以在相關的法案版本裡面給予保障讓我國對於同志家庭權益的保障可以越來越完整這是第二個部分再來生育子女還有子女的生育自主還有子女的最佳利益這件事情我們辦公室當然也有我們的考慮那關於這個部分過去大家對於生育對於家庭的想像都一直圍繞在婚姻上 |
